Judging at Teenstar in Reading
I had the opportunity to be chosen to represent Podium as a judge at the recent Teen Star talent show heats, which was held in Reading on the 7th of April.
Bearing in mind that I've never had such an experience before, I felt this event will definitely be one to remember. The competition took place at Sub89, an underground club and a live music venue, which has hosted acts such as Ed Sheeran, Gary Numan and Napalm Death in the past. I and my colleague, Cherry Bhimagunta, arrived at the spot, which already had a long queue forming at the entrance door. The place was brimming with teenagers, parents and guardians, the young starlets and their fans. Their objective was to give a performance truly worthy of carrying them to the finals at the O2.
